Mattie has just finished decorating our hall, stairs and landing as well as boarding our loft. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but his professionalism throughout was second to none. From the moment he came out to price up the job right the way through to completion, Mattie was absolutely outstanding. Helpful, knowledgeable and honest, Mattie's fantastic work rate and attention to detail are extremely impressive and I'd have no issues whatsoever in recommending this great company to anybody looking to undertake a similar project.

Had Chris come out to do some plastering in our front porch today. The difference he made is unbelievable, already had family members commenting on the quality of his work. His attention to detail is absolutely fantastic and he cleaned up after he had finished. Not only was the work amazing they also squeezed us between jobs as we where desperate to have the work done. I’ve used Lucoli Property Services a few times now, I’ve been impressed every single time. The lads have worked extremely hard until the jobs have been complete. All jobs have been completed thoroughly and to a very high standard. Mattie went above and beyond to ensure the working areas were completely clean and tidied once the job was finished and has helped out at short notice to complete other work that’s cropped up. There’s nothing they can’t do, and nothing wa too much trouble. Jobs were completed in a very timely manner to meet our deadlines. Very competitive prices for a very good result! I have used Lucoli Property Services for numerous jobs in my property including painting and decorating, new skerting board, wood work and fitting a new front door.
