What an amazing local company. Our lost phone was safely returned to us. Brilliant people working there.

28th June 2023 New Forest Drive & Cream Tea. The 2hr Christchurch stop and the cream tea was good. The Driver Brad was great. New Forest Drive however was pretty dreary due to the coach having heavily tinted windows making the whole scenic trip pretty non existent. Half the passengers seats were facing backwards with tables between the backward and forward facing seats. The refreshment bar (no refreshments) rattled so much this New VIP style coach sounded like some old bus Whoever had the bright idea of putting this coach on a scenic drive through the New Forest had no idea. This could have been such a lovely trip that myself and 2 family members had been looking forward to for some while. Many of the other passengers also felt the same. I just couldn't believe such an established company as Lucketts could make such a bad decision, or is this now Touromo/Nat Express corporate view of just get the customers on with no consideration as to the suitability of the transport.

Have recently been on the Welsh Borders tour.On the whole the holiday was very good and driver Andy was really super.The real fly in the ointment was Oswestry, what a rundown place.We were dropped off by the old rail station,which was just a scrap yard.A great many of the shops in Beatrice Street were empty with the peeling paint or a selection of charity shops .We had difficulty finding somewhere to eat after 2.pm.The friend I was with has a mobility problem,so she could not make it up the hill to other parts of town. If the coach could drop off nearer to the upper part of town Oswestry may be a more attractive place to visit.
