Louis is an outstanding Gas Safe Engineer & Plumber. My elderly parents system boiler had broken down. Their home insurance company left them in a destitute situation, with no running hot water or central heating for 5 weeks (during the last two snow-spells and cold-snaps. A few engineers from the insurance company were sent, but lacked experience & understanding on how to fault-find effectively. Just from one visit, Louis was able to call upon his vast knowledge & experience to rectify the boiler & the entire central heating system permanently. He was thorough in methodology, professional & courteous throughout all his communications and updates; but above all was very empathetic to the challenging domestic circumstances that my elderly parents and I found ourselves. To put it simply, Louis was a God-send! Louis’s diligence and relentless pursuit to problem-solve is his USP; a stand-out gas safe engineer & plumber who thoroughly deserves my 5 star rating of tradesmanship.
