Helpful staff

Lovell's checked my brakes for freeand advised the front pads needing changing soon but didnt pressure me to book it there and then. Very friendly staff

Rip off Stay Away

Stay away as expensive and dishonest. Took my car in with suspicious noise that I thought would be a basic bearing issue on the front left and easy for an experienced mechanic to discover. Turned out it was and they wanted £38 for discovering the problem and said it would be 2 hours for such a 'big job'. It was better value for me to pay the rediculous fee and take it to another garage to repair. Who fixed it for much less very quickly. Bearing should have been discovered on a short test drive the barely an hours work at best. Take your car to another garage would be my advise. They have lost my business. My wife's car needed a service and will be going to another garage also from now on.
