Unfortunately, Love2Laundry Ltd has caused irreversible damage to my jacket which I bought recently for £720 and only wore a few times. The company refused to offer a replacement, a refund or even a partial refund.

After 1st cleaning attempt, the jacket was returned to me with some colour stains on the chest. It looked like these colour stains were a result of exposing my jacket to other colours during the cleaning process or using the wrong cleaning chemicals which have caused the staining.
After 2nd dry clean attempt (when I complained about the stains), the item was returned to me in even worse condition (the wool material on the sleeves has lost its lustre and did not feel as soft as it was before the cleaning and the item has also shrunk). It looked as if the heavy chemicals were used trying to remove the stains the second time around causing irreversible damage to the item.

Terrible service, customer service put the phone down on me, no one could give me an exact update as to what was going on with my order. Such a lot of fuss with the whole order, I would stay well clear of this company, they are poorly run and don't feel trustworthy.

They say they can turn it round within 48-36 hours but mine took 4 days and then was 2 hours late on the delivery slot they gave me.

My personal experience with Love2Laundry was absolutely horrible, in my opinion. Shirts came back damaged, with NEW stains, and greased. The delivery person extremely rude, unprofessional. Service person I complained to even worse. Patronising. Says I was the one with the 'misunderstanding'. Refused to provide a refund. Did not offer any compensation for damage. Will never use again. Should have read the reviews here who seem to have the exact same experience!

Great customer service. Our delivery went missing but they managed to sort it out very quickly and were so sweet on the phone. Will definitely use them again!

My laundry arrived late and my clothes were returned to me in an unacceptable state. My jumpers had various bits and hairs on them, none of which were present when collected. My laundry was by no means soft and there is no way that my laundry preferences were followed as was clearly suggested by both the smell of the detergent and the fact that my clothes showed obvious signs of colour fading. Some of my clothing were also returned slightly shrunk and covered in static indicating that the drying temperature requested was ignored. My items were also folded inside out, meaning that I had to redo that myself. The website promised that the service would save me time, but since I had to take my items to a launderette to clean them properly myself, this service has cost me time as well as more money on top of their charges. This low standard of service is entirely unacceptable and put me in the position whereby it would have been incorrigible to not report this company to trading standards.
