Love your Hair

Very unprofessional. I tried calling multiple times to reshedule an appointment (because of a serious situation) after booking and pre paying on Treatwell but had no response until it was too late to reshedule. They responded after 6 days of chasing them! I was then told that I had to pay again to rebook because I didn't cancel during the 'cancellation period' and this was a strict policy. There was no flexibility or understanding of my situation, and the lack of response was frustrating. I have lost £60 and was not able to get my hair done. Not happy at all.

Very very covid reassuring, screens in place between each client, masks and visors worn, hand sanitizer on each shelve, no waiting area ( which is a little annoying but understandable ) I feel as though they took covid serious and felt very safe! As well as loving my hair the staff were super friendly

I called the hairdresser several times and it always diverted to voicemail which asked customers not to leave a voicemail but send a text instead. I then was waken up by the text at 11pm informing me there is no availability for the week I asked. I then texted back to ask her what day she has availability. I didn't get a response from her for 4 days but finally got through. The haircut was very average. Throughout the haircut, she kept chatting loudly to her colleague. The salon is very small and there is no social distancing measure put in place other than hairdresser wearing a visor. That alone didn't make me feel safe. All in all, poor customer service before and during the haircut, and very average haircut itself. Avoid!

I've been here a few times now, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else, Leah has cut and coloured my hair and I've had nothing but compliments since! I LOVE how my hair looks, even though it's not finished at the moment (I have to gradually change it, as I can't just get the colour after one go). I was listened to and advised on what colours to consider to best suit me. I trust her with my hair and love how knowledgeable she is with products. She has even shown me how to put my hair in a couple of different styles! So, top marks for the friendly service I received and top marks for the outcome so far. I'm looking forward to my next visit already!
