Love Lily Cake Design Ltd

I’ve been a few times for cakes & coffee but as a take away. Yesterday I decided to treat my family to lunch, we sat outside for 10 mins and had to move the dirty dishes myself. I went inside and asked to order and was told they would be out in a minute to order. 10 minutes later waitress (who was on her own) took our order. However 3 of the 4 meals came out but the 4th meal which was soup had still not arrived after. 30 minutes.I had to ask if it was coming?and was told it would be right out! 10 minutes later and my family had finished and I was still waiting. I gave up and paid the bill and left. There was a family of 4 who had a similar experience and left the same time as us. Deplorable service, too many staff behind the scenes and not enough at the counter, the poor girl clearly could not cope alone. Definitely Will never return .

Gemma made our wedding cake in June and it was better than expected. She done everything that we asked and the final result was stunning, it was a shame to cut into it. Not only did it look beautiful but it tasted amazing-each tier was a different flavour. We got so many comments about our fab cake. I would highly recommend love lily cakes for all those special occasion cakes. Thank you again Gemma.
