No reply to my emails and phone calls

I had my resin drive installed about 18 months ago and since then have been trying to get a response from this company. I have a very large crack in the resin.

Avoid at all costs. Took deposit £1000 in May 2021 and havent seen them since. Now going throuth the courts to get money back.
