I'm a person-centered counsellor working in private practice based in Leamington Spa, Rugby and Warwick. I'm an experienced and fully qualified counsellor who is a registered BACP member. I found my own personal experience of therapy to be life changing, which led me to want help others.

In my late thirties, I started to notice my low mood and feelings of irritability were very present. On paper you could say I had ticked all the boxes, but there was something underlying, my inner-self was giving me a message. I started therapy and was lucky to connect with my therapist. For the first time in my life I felt able to trust someone with my light and dark parts of life, I was able to remove my mask and show all of me.

This changed my life.
