Lost 4 Words, based in County Durham and established in 2004, is a virtual office support business managed by Tracey Godfrey Dip.RSA who has over 16 years office experience. We provide secretarial /administrative, PA and research assistance to businesses and individuals remotely via e-mail, telephone, fax, post and courier, or in some instances, at the client’s premises (local).

Assistance is offered on an “as needed” basis to small and large organisations or the individual. Services are tailored to the needs of the client, providing support to enable them to focus on core tasks or expanding their business rather than time-consuming administrative tasks. Help can be on a short or long-term basis or for one-off projects, and to cover peak periods or staff holidays/absence.
