Used this shop 3 to 4 times won’t go back again makes the prices up on the spot and over charges even had the whole sale price on the packet then charged me 10 times the price. Avoid.

I have visited this shop three times, i am sorry that i tried it more than once! The charges are a joke!!! On my FINAL visit i actually said this and got £20.00 knocked off my bill in seconds without questions. This only confirmed what i thought....avoid!!!

Absolutely fantastic service.
I blew up my dyson DC14 at 9 am ... by noon the same day it had a new motor & was fully serviced and cleaned - WITH A 12 MONTH GUARANTEE - all for £100!
Customer service is second to none.

We have been customers of Longton Electrical for nearly twenty years. In that time we have purchased several pieces of new and reconditioned electrical equipment which we have always been delighted with.
In addition we have regularly had items serviced and repaired by Longton Electrical - again we have been delighted with the results.
Only recently our trusty Dyson vacuum cleaner had to go in for a repair and service. To be honest we thought we had wrecked it by vacuuming up building debris. It needed a thorough service, clean out and a new clutch - and was returned to us in mint condition just over an hour later.
The proprietor is always pleasant and helpful and totally honest. He could have easily told us that the Dyson was irreparable and tried to sell us a new one. Instead he said what a great machine it is and to have it serviced again in 2 years - and not to use it for building projects!!
We would highly recommend this business.

Worst most unprofessional shop I have ever been in. Changes his price every time I call up and sells fake parts not made by the manufacturer. I took a hover in but prior to that I called up and asked for a rough price. I tried exposing everything to him but he just kept interrupting going yes yes yes yes. He couldn’t give me a price and said about 10 different figures. I took it in and was done within an hour. I took it home and tried it and was never the same the machine rattled like a bloody plane taking off. He fitted me fake parts and charged me standard price for them. His cheap parts that he fitted ended up snapping and blowing up my hover which burnt my carpet floor and then I had to buy a new hoover. Worst services c r a p customer services would not recommend mend him to even dispose or break a Hoover
