Long Live in Home Care

Justine cared for my neighbour of 25 years, for the last 5 years of her life. Within a few weeks of meeting Justine I knew that my neighbour was very fortunate to have found her. Her warmth, understanding, empathy and respect was evident from the start.
My neighbour lived to be 94 years old. She had always lived alone and was determined to remain living in her own home until the end. It was Justine who ensured that this happened.
Over the 5 years Justine also introduced other carers to ensure that every need was catered for in all aspects of my neighbour’s life. She was very particular in finding carers who were perfectly matched for the role and had the same values and love of their job as Justine.
I don’t have first hand/family experience of her care, but through contact with my neighbour over the last 5 years of her life, which was increasingly difficult, it was clear to see what a wonderful, compassionate job Justine and her team did to the very end.

It is my pleasure in writing this review for the team at Long Live in Home Care.
After looking for care for my father for some time it became obvious that finding carers that would not only take good care of him but also be able to accommodate some of his some what eccentric ways had proven difficult in the past.
To now see my father happy and relaxed it is a relief and pleasing to see.
The carers have formed a great relationship with him which has taken a lot of time and patience.
I'm very satisfied and would not hesitate in recommending this company.

After undergoing a knee replacement I was unable to take care of my mother and had been searching for help whilst I recovered from my operation.
Justine and her team from Long Live had been recommended to me by some family friends who were familiar with her services.

After meeting Justine and going through the care my mother required, I felt very reassured from our initial meeting. Justine came across as a very warming and caring person and very experienced in the services she offered.

Unfortunately my mother is no longer around but Justine and her team went on to care for her as a permanent arrangement once I had recovered due to the noticeable improvement in my mothers well being.

Long Live were very competitive compared to many of the other local companies I interviewed during the time and I will always be very grateful to the team.
