Excellent Customer Service & Value for Money

This is a very professional, efficient & value for money family run Garage. The level of service could not be better and I have no issues at all with the excellent quality of work. I left my car there for the day and the required work was easily completed within that time. I have no hesitation in recommending Long Lane Garage to anyone. The team are very friendly, customer focussed and well worth a visit

Good but needs customer service training.

The service you get at the garage is great, pricing is fair and work is perfect. Unfortunately the waiting time to get your car in is way too long. Up to a month or over. When the lady is behind the counter she will do what she can for you but older men will not help at all. Tried to get my my car checked before a holiday 25 days before leaving, was told they can’t do it and they can’t give me a loan car just for a check. Very dissapointed as I like them so much but customers should not be treated so badly.

After having a severe blow out on the way to work, I stopped here. Even though they don't repair tyres, they couldn't have been more help. They lent me a car to get to work, while there, they removed my wheel. I then took it to tyre barn, still in their car I may add. Got my tyre changed, came back and they refitted it for me. And all for the princely sum of £0 . They wouldn't accept any money from me. Absolutely amazing company and I will be telling all of my friends and family in the area to use the garage from here on out. I look forward to cooking for you at your earliest convenience.
