When working on renovations, we consistently found ourselves needing waste removal that was efficient, punctual, and detail-oriented, and yet time and again, we found that our standards were not met. We found the options on the market to be overpriced, unreliable, and poor in their customer service.

Frustrated as we were, we decided to manage the project ourselves, and after achieving great success in this pursuit, we did so well that we decided to create this company.

After doing my research for a licensed house clearance company, London waste group stood out from the rest. They were very professional from start to finish and left my property immaculate. Highly recommend these guys. Will defo be using again.

Poor experience with London waste group

Hired them via Bark, and had a poor experience. Please be careful of using this company and what you are getting into. I hired the company to clear the loft. While clearing, they put their foot between the joists and through the old lath ceiling, left a hole in my ceiling and a lot of mess in the office laptop/ office equipment downstairs. I was told the ceiling/ office equipment will be sorted after speaking to their insurance. But once all paid up, Filiz from London waste group declined to claim with their insurance, stating the loft was not safe to work in. Such a joke of a company if they don’t understand how lofts are built, and how to watch their step. If you do hire them, do plan your steps carefully if things don’t go to plan.

Filiz and Sham did an amazing job. We had bags of earth and old railway sleepers to clear from our garden and from the initial phone call to Sham sweeping and tidying after he had loaded his van with all the rubbish, they were professional, courteous and efficient. Would highly recommend. Definitely a five star review from me.

Fantastic rubbish removal

Had a great experience from Sham that came to us on wet Bank Holiday and took away a load of rubbish and clutter that we had accumulated over the years. We was friendly, cleared everything and even swept the garden afterwards. Great job!
