London Star Nails

I have never in 11 years having nails done experienced anything like this. Started with proprietor and passed me over to another person... in less then a week 3 nails came off!!! I went back in and what a nightmare with a young woman, she was shouting, been intimidating and saying if you pay we can do them again(never)... I’m dealing now with trading standards to try and avoid a repeat of this!! I was crying with frustration and she found it funny and speaking and laughing in her own language with a colleague who did do only one of the nails free... shame on the loud mouthed woman who made me ill!!!

Friendly service and always very quick but still doing a perfect job. Had refurbishment recently and looks great!
