This little shop stocks all the very best to help you live a healthier life. If they don’t have something in stock, they are always happy to order it in for you. Service is always friendly too.

Exceptional local health shop. The staff are very polite, knowledgable and always go out of there way to ensure you get the best advice and products. The range is very good and anything not on the floor can usually be ordered in.

We had a very disappointing experience in this store when my 16 year old daughter was short changed and the staff didn't believe her. I had to go back to the store with my daughter and the server then gave the correct change, without apology or any acknowledgement of her error. Everyone can make a mistake, but it's how the mistake is handled that counts.

What shops like this don't seem to realise is that customer experience and reputation is everything. After being embarrassed by the server my daughter will probably never go into this store again. She'll probably tell the story to all her friends, who equally will probably now not go into the store.

Our family are prime target market for this store. We bought from this store last week and returned again this week. We won't be returning again.

It's good to have another health food store in Teddington after the last one closed down a few years ago. This one has an amazingly broad selection, catering for special diets, allergies or just delicious unusual healthy treats. The shop is inviting because things are well displayed, it is light and there is plenty of space. Also, one can usually find parking nearby. They deserve our support as there is not a quality health food shop for miles around.
