Can only echo what people here have said - in fact, I think I got off lightly compared to others.
They have fake satellite companies with fake reviews all over the web — when you ring them, you're re-directed to this lot. The first time you find out it's a totally different company to the one you hired is when they send an invoice (which they do after the work has started).
And yes - they'll be aggressive, refuse to leave your property until you pay, everything else people have listed on this page. Avoid.

Completely Unscrupulous!! Tried to carry out unguaranteed 'work', without Gas Safety Certificate, for extortionate amount of money. Everything Dodgy!! Do not believe 'Check a trade' - must all be fake reviews. Do not go near them!!!! Managed to get rid of them with just the call-out fee that had been agreed, paid in cash, no receipt but insults instead. This was all in my attempt to sort out the water heating for my elderly and very vulnerable father.

hard to come up with words as to how bad the service was and then when i asked him to leave, i didnt realise, he stole one of the parts that i needed and impossible to get stand alone.

I urge anyone who had any type of gas works carried out by this company to report them to gas safe register. Gas safe register doesn’t have any records of this company but yet they are going around London and doing gas works. If you feel like putting your life and the life of your neighbours on the line by all means call this unqualified daylight robbers who pretend to be gas engineers. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Bad experience. We called them, they charged us an insane amount for a toilet blockage. They sent us a false invoice where the name of the company is wrong. We paid for 5 hours of work, tha guy stayed here 4 hours, still waiting for the final invoice and final report - we will never receive it at this point. We tried to call them and send emails, but they just ignored us. Be careful!
