I moved into a new flat and hired this company initially to sand the floors - they did an excellent and professional job, so much so that I then asked them to take on some structural changes in my kitchen and fit laminate flooring in that room. Lovely team - perfect job

Billy and Dean just finished sanding three bedrooms and an upstairs hallway for us. A friendly pair of guys, they were reliable, super fast (1.5 days for the whole job!), very clean, and we're happy with the results. Billy was also kind about sharing tips on finishing, as we'll be staining/sealing the boards ourselves. Oh, and a very reasonable price.

Editing This review as less that 7 months later my floor is showing large worn patches. I am unsure whether this is from poor application or a faulty batch of varnish. Billy has said he will come back and sort it and if he does that would prove 5 start customer service but at this moment in time I cannot stand by my original review (written a few days after they came) as I am heartbroken and having my floors back to the condition they were before they were re-varnished. Billy and his assistant came and sanded and re-varnished the entire ground floor of my house. They worked efficiently and cleanly. I had no worries leaving them my keys so they could get the job finished whilst I was at work which they did brilliantly!!! They even washed up their coffee mugs before they left! AND sanded and varnished my poor battered kitchen table which now looks like new! Thanks Guys!
