Loft Ladders – Which is best for you?

Many styles of quality ladders to choose from Youngman, Titan and Fakro, all fitted with hatch converstions, new hatch door and operating pole. All have their own features and benefits which will be explained during your quotation and come with a 3 year manufacturers warranty. All other work is guaranteed for a year.

Loft Boarding

You can have as little or as much as required, we use 2×1 batten screwed to existing joists then lay 18mm tongue and groove boards cut and screwed ,. In certain cases it may be necessary to “cross beam” existing joists to strengthen and level boards.

Roof Windows

Bring light and air into your loft with a “Velux” roof window. Many sizes to choose from, supplied and fitted by “Velux” trained fitter.

New and Enlarged openings

Old hatch too small or in the wrong place? No problem we can create any size hatch to suit your requirements or relocate existing hatch. This may involve cutting through joists, re-trimming to building regulations, re-lining and insulating the hatch. All hatches are finished with architrave to match.
