2nd time we have had a new door supplied and fitted by Mark, Excellent workmanship and an old fashioned idea of customer service would recommend Locksmart every time. PeterH Calne

I was trying to help out a neighbour who had a door locking problem, it ended up being locked and I was unable to open it even though I tried for quite a time. I know when I’m beaten so I looked for a local locksmith and seeing Mark had very good reviews I rang him and he came out. He said the mechanism was either jammed or broken. He managed to get it open, no surprise really, and fitted a new multipoint mechanism. My neighbour’s very happy and so am I. If you ever need a locksmith and a genuine person, ring Mark. I know I will again if needed.

Very Impressed - Have used their services a few times now and it is good to meet a tradesman who treats your house with respect - Yery tidy worker, good value and leaves the property as he finds it.

If only all businesses were like Locksmart! - One of the very few companies that I knew were not ripping me off at all and quoted a very good price. Mark gave knowledgable, honest advice and told me what I did and did not need. He was polite, friendly and efficient, and did a great job. I would definitely use Locksmart again should the need arise and could not recommend Mark/Locksmart more highly.
