Had an issue with my front door lock. Text Richard to see if he could come & take a look, which was free & no obligation.
He explained the possible causes & outcomes & the costs involved.
He fixed the problem quickly & efficiently.
So good had him back a week later to gain entry & repair my back door, which had been shut ever since the lock had broken.
Very pleased with the high level & quality of work & was very profesional throughout.
I would definitely recommend.

Had a very worrying day, unable to open the front door, thought it was me!!! Husband said, Dont worry I'll fix when I get home, he couldn't. Called Richard Jordan of Locks 2 U, he arrived very quickly , sorted out husbands attempts , fixed the door , left us with a perfectly working lock !! Thank you Richard, saved us from a potentially stressful weekend, much appreciated. I recommend Locks 2 U , very highly, don't hesitate if you need help.

New lock, feeling secure.

Came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem with the very old lock on our back door, talked us through the solutions and changed the whole lock and handles. Very pleasant, helpful, not pushy. Excellent work, very professional, would certainly recommend. Will sleep better tonight, thank you for your service.

Fast, reliable & friendly service :)

I made a phone call to this company on a Sunday morning needing help desperately as I couldn’t get my front door to lock.

He diagnosed the problem over the phone & gave me a rough ballpark figure how much it would be to fix.

He arrived within 20mins of the phone call and fixed the problem with the door.

Thankyou again for coming out on a Sunday, I really appreciate it :)
