Bill is an outstanding locksmith who is honest and reliable. He helped us in an emergency. His work and prices were excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

I would be very cautious when using this company, I was dissatisfied with the outcome, with the gentleman's approach to the way he handled our queries and most importantly his professionalism wasn’t accepted!

Cutting a long story short, our main door was not closing, found him on google, came and done a job without quoting, paid £95 for only an adjustment, in which we never argued.

The next day and onwards door has been giving more problems, came back once, fobbed my misses off and said the door opens but like this, when this was not the case prior, but we accepted it. And then again problem occurs with the door not opening from outside, to the point I had to climb in through my window to get into my own house? Refused to accept there is any problem?

He says I need additional parts at additional cost, so why not fit these additional parts at your first visit? Why did you give me a temporary solution but not advise me?

Bill from Lockmaster1 came promptly to fit new locks at my apartment, he was courteous to call before arriving, advised me on the best security for my property for free! and was fast and professional. Very pleased, will use again and would recommend 100%. Thank you.
