Reception staff is not helpful. Their systems are slow and clunky and they were purposely being difficult when I wanted to find out their procedures for checking my car. Didn’t feel like an open and honest place to leave my car.

Cost me £48 for a diagnostic test still couldn’t tell me the problem. Them cost me £70 odd for hour labour to investigate the problem ended up paying £133 for them to put spark plugs on saying that may be the problem. Engine light still on would never use this garage again

I've only used this garage twice, but I've found them to be good value and effective. Several years back I had the front brakes replaced on my previous car. More recently, they solved a problem with the rear tyres deflating quickly on my current car, that the main dealer I usually take it to had failed to diagnose. On both occasions I had the vehicle back in good time. I'll be back!

I've been using these guys for years and never had a complaint, they have always been very straight and reasonable with me (I can't say that about any other garage I've used). They have resurrected my transit van when I've sworn it was a dead cert for the scrap heap on a few occasions, and worked on my Audi. They have some good guys who can actually do proper "old school" welding and engineering and can actually fix things. As a jobbing engineer myself, I suspect the two bad reviews are from one customer who doesn't listen and another who isn't prepared to allow the garage to address the issue, if there was one...some people are just unreasonable.

I have been going here for years when my car is in Bristol, they always show me the parts they take off if I ask and I have never had a problem with them. The prices are good for Bristol and they do try to fix the part if its rare or expensive to purchase for what it is.

All my friends go there too now and they have not had a problem either. As I work and live in two different parts of the country I have had another garage even comment favorably on the work. All in all I recommend them.
