A brilliant job all round

Carl is a real credit to the company. He had an excellent knowledge of locking systems and could easily identify and offer advice accordingly. The level of communication was a particular standout - he was always responsive to messages and kept us in the loop about any additional info we needed. When he turned up for the job, he was always on time and even dropped a pin on WhatsApp, so that we knew where he was.
The work was excellent, and quick. He found some unforeseen faults and fixed them quickly and efficiently. A brilliant job all round and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Phoned in the morning for emergency lock repair.
Arrived at time agreed prior to visit.
Back french door not locking.
Free assessment for the quote.
Faulty lock replaced with new mechanism at reasonable price.
Door then realigned at now extra cost as this could have contributed to the lock failing.
Work completed within good time and polite throughout the visit.
Door fixed and locking when completed.
Completely satisfied with the work.

After months of messaging locksmiths and never getting a reply I was overjoyed to find Carl. I saw him working on a neighbours house and asked for his card. He was so friendly and he messaged me back straight away when I got in touch with him. He even fitted me in the next sat (on a Saturday). He really knows what he is on about, he sent me a long message with lots of advice and info and really filled me a reassurance and confidence. There was no call out fee and he didn't rush his visit, he was thorough, went the extra mile and we would without a doubt use him again and recommend him to all our friends and family. We are so lucky to have found you for all our future lock issues and we wouldn't ever use anyone else. I wish all tradesmen were as friendly and helpful as you and knew what customer service was.
