This romantic country house hotel has amazing sea views from each bedroom, and offers fine Scottish dining and local seafood in its 2 AA Rosette restaurant.
The peaceful Loch Melfort Hotel is next door to the famous Arduaine Gardens, and not far south of Oban.
The hotel is perfect for a relaxing, escape, where you will be received with a warm cheerful welcome. The stylish, bright and comfortable rooms have lovely views, and some have patio doors and a terrace.
There is a cosy cocktail lounge at the Melfort, with a charming fireplace.

I have travelled all over Scotland during the last 50 years and had the priviledge of staying in the finest hotels and guest houses. No matter what I paid the important issue for me was the welcome/greeting , the accommodation and the food.
Loch Melfort Hotel has just passed these with flying colours on all aspects.
Both my wife and myself enjoyed a two day stay last weekend 6th / 8th JULY which will remain a most memorable time as it was my own birthday treat and as such meant that bit more for me.
The Owners should be very proud of their staff and their property. We were treated to a large 'chunk' of 'Highland Hospitality' from each and everyone of them and wont be forgotten. WE WILL BE BACK !
