Glen fixed our boiler's heat exchanger. I thank him for all he has done. Highly recommend him for accuracy in diagnosing boiler fault.

Our daughter had just moved into a new house with her 2 year old son and the heating and hot water broke down. She had to move in with her in-laws for access to hot water. So I arranged 3 quotes for emergency work repairs which turned out that a new boiler was needed. I chose company partly because they were the cheapest (which I was a little worried about) but also because they sounded honest, upfront about what was needed. I trusted them to work alone in an empty house. In 2 days they had finished. Boiler in with a new flue up through the loft and roof. They even fixed a few of the existing radiators that were weeping for free. Boiler registered and certificate issued all in super quick time. My daughter moved back the next day. I haven't seen the installation myself as I'm in isolation but my daughter says it is amazing. Thank you to Melvin and his partner for this, will use you again when needed.

This is what all tradesmen should be, Phil was here well on time, very profession in his talk and works. The price quoted by the office didn't change. This is my first time to have a tradesmen enter my house and leave me with a smile.

Our tenants reported a gas leak . Just today, after calling this company, they immediately sent their gas engineer, who came out to the property in less than an hour, isolated the gas hob, reassured the tenants and kept us informed of what was happening. Sent us images via whatsapp. We then agreed for them to buy and install a new hob. I truly believe that this whole incident couldn't have been resolved any better or more swifly. These guys are super brilliant, very professional!!!

Bev and Romero have been working on our boiler, relocating it to another room. They have done it in a fantastic way I never thought was possible. My wife is happy with neatness of the finished job. The lads were good and well mannered.
