Garie Divers of (NMD constructions and GG Builders Halifax) and his brother Aaron Divers (Ex. director of A L D Construction and director of live company called Construction Unique Ltd.) And their friend Scoot came to me and made a contract of £46000. 00 for the extension of my house in Norton Tower Halifax.

Garrie Divers a builder in Halifax has taken £13000.00 advance from me and didnot work for me.

I live in Bradford. I made a contract with Garrie Divers of NMD construction Halifax. He made walls of the rooms and the cabin he made for window and doors were not straight. The window fitter could not fit the window. I told Garrie to correct his faulty construction. He ran away with 3000.00 pounds. I called another who corrected Garrie's faults. Garrie trapped me by giving me the lowest quote. I found him with poor skills, poor value, not on time, cheater, untrustworthy and rooky builder. I warn others through my review that do not trust Garrie. You can find him because he has more than six addresses in Halifax. Therefore it is impossible to find him.

I hired their services for my property. Their work is of poor quality, not on time, poor value. Usually Garrie takes advance money. He just waist the time. He with his associates Aaron and Scot and Garry takes advance money and leave the work incomplete. They have taken 5600 in advance from me and never came. I wrote certain letters and emails to return my hard earned money but they ran away with my advance money. I will not recommend these cheaters to other peoples.

NMD builders are terrible. They have constructed a fence wall at my house. Their qutation was lowest. They made half of the fence wall which was faulty. When I asked them to correct this fault. They left the job incomplete and ran away with advance money and never turned up to date. I would not recemmend them to innocent customers.
