Time wasters

Arranged for a visit to look at a faulty shower initially booked for Friday. They called to say they made mistake on calendar and was booked for the following week, so fine, had no issues at this time. Then they texted just the day before the arranged time to cancel as they don't want to take on any more work. This is highly disappointing and unprofessional as they could have said that much earlier on instead of wasting our time. Now we've wasted a week and will need to look for someone else more reliable. They go on the list to not bother trying ever again in future and never to recommend.
