Be careful what you buy from this chemist. I bought one a night Nytol I was charged £7.19p the price on Lloyds web site is around the £5 mark the highest. Other chemists are between £4.25-£4.99. I returned today to query the price but no joy there. I asked why the difference even to Lloyds web site and was told they all have different pricing. A few pence is one thing but over £2 is disgusting, no wonder they are going to close.

Not a great service

Question, Why is when you phone Lloyds in Sainsbury's, Blackheath, they say they will send the request to the doctors and the prescription should be in by the end of the week. So you turn up only to find that the prescription WAS NEVER SENT IN THE FIRST PLACE...Well done, this is now the third time this has happened.. Great service ...NOT.

Way too slow

This is possibly the slowest pharmacy in the world. Although there are a number of pharmacies in Blackheath and Halesowen, none move at such a glacial pace as this one. Even without a queue, you can wait over an hour for someone to get a packet of pills from a drawer, tick a sheet and put them in a bag....horrendous. Get more efficient please. The service is terrible.
