We used Lloyds Property Services for plastering and floor tiling and we were really pleased with the results. We were also out of their usual area but that didn't seem an issue, nothing was too much. The work was great and communication too. We'd definitely recommend them.

Professional and experienced local builders

Lloyds Property Maintenance Services Ltd built our new garden room and ground floor extension. They also did the drawings and submitted the planning and building regulations applications for us. The work was completed early, to a very high standard and with no extra costs even though we changed our minds a few times. Aaron and Jamie were very professional at all times and ensured that the build was a ‘hassle-free’ experience for us. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to any prospective clients
