Do not buy from or trust this company. I purchased £460 of decking 4.8 lengths which they confirmed that they had and arranged delivery. However the delivery did not happen and I was told it would arrive the next day. Delivery did not occur and the manager Tina told me they did not have the4.8 decking. When I told Tina that they had placed me in a big problem with builders on hold and wasted time off, she said "whatever".

the team in the office were very fair on the pricing and the team in the yard went out of their way to help. very good to locals and deliver to suit me

I ordered and paid for paving slabs and materials almost one month ago, my builder went to arrange delivery today and they had not been made .
I was told order never went to workshop, I asked why and was told " don't know " , then I asked when will they be ready ? " don't know " was the reply !!!!
At this stage I gave up , there customer skills are zeroe
