Wayne came out to see what needed to be done, then his colleagues came out a few days later to remove our cavity wall insulation. Everyone was lovely and informative, explained what would happen, how things worked and even how bad the insulation looked once removed. Really happy with the experience, and super grateful with how accommodating they were to find a way to fit us into their schedule.
