Liz is very professional and works to a very high standard. She takes pride in her work and is extreamly knowledgeable in all matters relating to the body and its functions. I was new to getting massage, a few friends recommended I try it as I am tall and very active, mostly lifting/moving heavy objects. I gave Liz a call and she talked me through her process and asked me questions to establish what service would be the best for me. Being new to massage, I found this talk very beneficial and she answered all my questions I had regarding the massage, this put my mind at ease and gave me a much better insight into how this would benefit me. A very calming setting, very clean and there is wonderful lighting and soothing music. The massage itself was excellent, Liz is very experienced and seems like she is able to read your the and apply the exact treatment with the perfect amount of pressure. I will definitely be going back on a regular basis and I highly recommend her services to all.
