Our tile and bathroom showroom is situated in the heart of Livingston, easy to reach from Edinburgh/West Lothian and surrounding areas.

We have a dedicated team on hand to walk through your requirements from bathroom accessories' to a fully fitted new bathroom. Our tile selection is the one of the largest in West Lothian and clients are welcome to take away samples to make the selection easier.

Our team have combined experience of 40 years on tiles and bathrooms and are here to help bring your ideas to life.

Not only can you have the whole job start to finish completed through Livingston Tiles & Bathrooms, if you have a fitter in mind we provide a supply only service.

Tiles can be ordered and with you within a week and our diary for fitting is now open the new year.

Our showroom hosts a selection of different styles for you to browse and we have a team on hand to provide you with support and requirements.

Shower boards and wall panelling is also available.
