Efficient experience.

I deal with a lot of Architects for different projects and I would say this firm is a very straight forward company to work with. Completed the drawings as requested and came back to me quickly with any amendments suggested.
The planning passed first time with no issues.

Prices are very reasonable compared to the inflated price a lot of firms charge with no greater expertise.

I will be sure to use this firm again.

Avoid- Avoid
The worst experience I had with this company and Mr. Adeeb and I will never and ever recommended you to use him for any project.
He will take money and never answer phone and never provided me Invoice, after calling and texting for a weeks and weeks he answers by accident and started with 3 most common excuses each time, His car broke down, he was ill, and his family member was in hospital. Big Lier and fully loaded with Lie and completely unprofessional. He passes jobs to 3rd party or his own low wages employes in a different country who doesn’t know anything about the job in the UK, He destroyed all my application and 1 year of my time.
If you want to save your money and most important your time, I will recommend you find someone more reliable and a professional and Avoid Adeeb and LivArch Architectural & Design Consultants.

Hi Mr Adil not happy with your review actually firstly you paid even less than half of the fee which we agreed. You asked to apply first for your HMO'S application and I told you clearly that for number of people which you asked its not possible than you said ok apply if its approved its fine otherwise we will apply for flats. I also gave you option that if your application not approved we will apply for flats conversion within the same fee where you do not need to pay any extra fee so you know very well about everything regarding delay you also know its was not from my side it was from Council and you also tried so many times to contact them directly but got no reply .Council got more than 20 objections from neighbourhood about your application for HMOS.

Avoid at all cost !

Very unprofessional and rude to clients. Made plans for my extensions and drew a kitchen with no doors and submitted to the council. Moreover has no idea of current planning regulations. Funny thing is he wants the money for planning and structural drawings upfront without the guarantee that the planning will be approved.

Hi Whos this hows it possible that we submit your plans without your approval before we submit plans to the Council first we send it to client for their approval to have a look once they confirm than we submit plan to the Council.No idea what are you talking about

Hi am sure there is a misunderstanding we never submit any plans what you mentioned for your extension for your kitchen without putting door.Please make sure that you leave a review for someother company my company name is livarch ltd. and we are professional never rude with any of our client also never demand for structural calculation for something where we are not sure that we can not get planning.
