I took my car in for an MOT, service and replacement cam belt today after being recommended by my in laws. I received a phone call from the garage shortly afterwards advising that a cam belt replacement was not required after they had stripped it down and checked it. This would have been a big and costly job so thank you to Darren and the team for your honesty and transparency. Additionally the service today was great and everyone was friendly.

I can't rate this garage highly enough. Having for years struggled with other garages who fail to fault find accurately resulting in frequent return trips to correctly diagnose and fix, Little Eaton garage are a world apart. They are a thoroughly competent outfit with a level of customer service and care which puts larger more commercial garages to shame. They have enabled our family to enjoy 3 years of low cost, hassle free motoring with our 2 cars (BMW X3 and Audi A5). Recently I caught the undercarriage of my A5 and they carried out the repair at no-charge as it didn't need any new parts. I offered to pay and they wouldn't let me as I have my cars serviced there annually. I feel valued as a customer and I trust them implicitly.

Whilst driving through the area, my wife's engine light came on so we made a stop at the nearest location which happened to be here. They ran a diagnostic and found the issue to be simple, cleared it and stopped the engine up with oil. Brilliant service, nice staff and they didnt want paying for the job. Thank you.

Discovered this garage a few years ago and have never been dissatisfied. Darren and his staff are excellent and you know you are getting an honest assessment of the work required and the cost involved. I would never use anywhere else.
