Listers Skoda Coventry

I bought a car with damage that the dealer tried to pass off as something I had done despite me reporting it within less than an hour of ownership and having photographs from two weeks before collecting proving I wasn’t lying. Mis sold a warranty as a Skoda warranty which then turns out to be a Listers own warranty- restricting cover and accessible repair agents. Terrible communication and rather abrupt dealings at times. Absolutely no acceptance of them being in the wrong. Tom Cox the brand director has swerved my complaint and passed it to Paul Fox the Retailer Principal who was largely to blame for the need to complain. The car broke down before completing 300 miles and it took three weeks to sort the damage that was already there. If the communication was there and a touch of honesty from them, I wouldn’t even be writing this. As it is I have spent £20k and come away feeling like a second rate citizen that owes Listers for ‘looking after me’ rather than dealing with their wrongs!!
