Can't praise their response and workmanship enough. Problem with our Zanussi Washer Drier. As it was just after New Year couldn't attend immediately, however attended after 2 days, diagnosed the problem and ordered the spare part. Fitted a week later. Very efficient. Price reasonable and much lower than quoted by another national company. Their engineer even apologised about the cost of the part.

What a well run little business, from the moment I phoned they were so helpful, engineer came when they said he would, job done efficiently by polite man. Cannot rate them highly enough, great service. Thank you again maureen andrews

Another 1st class service from this company,I phoned on Monday morning to report a fault with my washer dryer washing machine, I was then offered a slot for Tuesday morning or afternoon for the engineer to call.The engineer was very helpful and polite,1st class service,he checked the washing machine over and fully explained to myself what he was doing once he finished he once again made sure that the appliance was ok.Nothing was too much trouble for the engineer,I have used this company in the past and would highly recommended them to family and friends.Lister Domestic Appliances, should be proud of there staff who are very professional in carrying out all repairs on behalf of the company.

I had a washer / dryer that sounded like a 747 taking off. A Listers engineer turned up within 48 hours, assessed the machine and told me it was likely that the cost of repair would be more than the cost of a new machine. Later that day, I got a specific quote from Listers, which was far more than a new machine, and at all points, the advice that they were giving me was effectively "you're as well buying a new one".

So, excellent response, professional and polite engineer, honest advice, backed up with a proper quote, knowing that I would choose to buy a new one rather than use Listers. A real, top quality company that I would use again and recommend to anyone.
