Amazing level of customer service on purchase from Steve Thompson and now with after sales care and service. Also must mention Aaron who is very knowledgeable in all things that the car can do and is patient and clear when teaching. Easy to book in with full options of while you wait, time slot or car to use (this needs more advance booking). Courtesy call day before to confirm booking is a nice touch from Mike. Excellent coffee while you wait and WiFi if you need to work. Service department sent good video update which was easy to understand what was going on under the car and about the tyres. Highly recommend Volvo Maidstone.

So, I have to say that the overall rating seems to be skewed by poor reviews from a few years ago, because Lipscomb defintely have upped their game in terms of professionalism and effort.

My purchase experience today was faultless, and though I'd arrived a few days early for the collection date for my car (which was my mistake - I'd got too carried away at the prospect of a new car and didn't read the paperwork !) the car was ready apart from final inspection and sign-off - clearly they're well organised behind the scenes, and have a good internal process.

Really pleased with my experience, and delighted with the car. Well-deserved 5-stars from me

Took my XC90 to lipscomb aylesford on Monday, very pleased with customer service, so much better than hildenborough Volvo! Customer focused. Well done.

Lipscomb Volvo. Shook on a deal for a new v40 in the morning, went to pay deposit in the afternoon and they changed their mind and decided not to honour the deal. Very disappointing and unreliable service, the regional manager is meant to be ringing me....despite me making numerous phone calls, I'm still waiting for him to provide an explanation. I also noticed their Manager left a 5 star review of this business, his own workplace on google reviews. Speaks volumes about the lack of integrity and poor conduct witnessed at this dealership. I have notified both google and Volvo customer services.

I Phoned up for the price to replace a cambelt and water pump on a 2007 1.2 8v grande punto. I was quoted over £500 for the job! My car isnt a mercedes benz, its only a punto for god sake. I was also fobbed with wrong information that they would need to keep my car overnight to make sure the sealant fully dries!! What a laugh. Every garage i spoke to after laughed at this. The sealant they use cures fast. Apparently it is waterproof pretty much immediately.

I phoned around and found Glyn hopkin fiat in chadwell heath was half the price and it included a full coolant change, tensioner replaced along with the belt and water pump !! I didnt initially ring Glyn hopkin fiat because i assumed being in the London area they would be more expensive but it turned out to be the opposite.

Lipscomb treat their customers like they dont know anything about cars. I would recommend you do your research on the work needed and think whether the extortionate prices are worth it. Ring around first!
