Won’t be renting from Linley and Simpson again. We have complained multiple times about having no hot water and nothing has been done about it! We have spent over a month in total without hot water. There’s a complete lack of communication between the branch staff, the maintenance team, and the landlord. This has been an issue since September 2020 and we are being ignored! Multiple new parts have been fit to “fix” the boiler, now we are being told we need a new boiler altogether! However it seems this information was not passed to Linley and Simpson straight away, they were oblivious about it, and now the landlord is sending his own contractor out to see what the issue is. In the meantime we are living with no hot water. This has been the most stressful and frustrating experience I have had renting in Sheffield over the past 5 years!
