l have been in contact with Chris and he agreed to sell his bike. once we agreed to come collection he ask for a deposit
after taking the deposit he never answers the phone or messages

This is just about as unprofessional as a business can get. he shouldn't advertise his bike for sale if he does not want to sell it to people on social media ,
He ripped off my money l will never use this place again

NAME REDACTED advertised selling a scooter on facebook marketplace. I replied to check it had the V5C and asked how much delivery was, and then told him I wanted to buy it offering the full asking price and delivery charge. I then just got a reply with a thumbs up. When I asked for more information, he replied saying he was busy watching films. He eventually replied saying he was a shop and they would need a deposit and I could pay the remainder as cash on delivery. He did not send any information on where to send a deposit to, just asking if delivery could be during the daytime to which I replied yes, but the afternoon would be better. After hearing nothing more and sending him another two messages (first one going read but unanswered), he replied and told me he had sold the scooter that he agreed to sell to me, to someone else, and seems to think this is normal and OK. This wasted my time and also caused me to miss out on buying another scooter from someone else that was selling one.

Absolutely terrable bike shop,1 star is being very generous,bought a motorcycle,had a problem with the front light after first week,got changed then happened again,they agreed to change again,still waiting 6 MONTHS later,6 MONTHS,Still within the Micky mouse 2 year warrenty,they never called me I had to call them about 40 times and I got fobbed off every time.I called Chinese scooter parts they could deliver the part to me next day.so don't know why this shop lied all the time and only cost £50,also had a pair of leather gloves go missing after I got my bike back,was warned about this shop but didn't listen,STEER CLEAR !!!!

Chris is helpful and knowledgable and can give you personal attention that you wont find in a large scooter/motorcyle repair/sales centre. I have been using another garage for nearly 40 years but steady price hikes forced me to look around for another professional bike garage. You have the feeling that they are completely trustworthy. Have recommended them to my friends
