KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOUR Excellent Service

I was locked out of my home and left the key on the inside. Obviously my spare key would not work.

I phoned 2 locksmiths who assured me they would be with me in about half an hour. But they were in Luton and I live in Milton Keynes !!

Eventually, I phoned Lindal Security. Mark, the engineer was friendly and courteous on the phone and told me he would be with me in 20 minutes. True to his word he arrived promplty. The job was not easy but with good grace he perseverd and solved the problem.
He also gave me good advice about security and helpful suggestions for whicjh I was grateful.

Being locked out of one's home is a frustrating event. Mark's attitude and sympathetic response made the situation less fraught.

I would recommend this Organisation to anyone looking for excellent service

The lady whom I liaised with at the unit was very helpful and friendly. The gentleman who came out to change our upvc front door lock and handle was absolutely brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend this company and will use again
