Brilliant service. Had an issue with our front door not staying properly locked. Called Linacre who asked me to send some pictures. They quickly diagnosed the issue and quoted a very reasonable price. Arrived in less than 30 minutes, fixed the issue and even recommended some improvements for later down the line. Tip top service.

Great service. The gentleman came when expected, quickly identified the problem and sorted it. He was also very helpful in that he identified why the issue may have happened in the first place, also, that the door itself may need looking at (it might have dropped a bit). A lesser person might just have changed the lock and left! Cost was very reasonable indeed. He even had his own handheld vacuum to clean up. Excellent service, polite, friendly and efficient.
