Bad customer service

Been ordering online from here for a couple of years. The let me down badly so will never buy from them again. Sent me huge whole sticks then I had to send them back - will some poor person be getting these 3rd hand sticks of biltong? Oh dear, trust is gone!

Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional

Unpleasant experience! I dared to ask the gentleman serving me if he was going to weigh the biltong and he was rude and arrogant! Said that he knew his job and then refused to serve me. Both my husband and I were shocked. I will in future continue to buy my South African treats from St Marcus in Putney.
