We booked everything over the phone with email confirmation, The car was an hour late on arrival and the attitude from the staff when we rang to chase where the car was. Then when the car arrived the car looked good on the outside but when you got was it was something else. The car stunk of damp and really dirty, this had been ised on another job and you could clearly see it hadnt been cleaned afterwards. Rubbish empty drink bottles, the sides where the glasses go were all dirty and lights and wires hanging down. The car was so cold we asled for the heating but by the time we got to our destination it was still freezing. On collection the car was on time, again the car had drink glasses with drink in them so you couldnt use them even if you wanted, the damp smell was that bad it gave 2 people headaches. I would not recommend for the cost you have to pay.

The driver was on time and the limo was clean.
