1Patricia, I'm sorry you were disappointed with an afternoon delivery however this was not requested when the order was placed. Your flowers were delivered on the correct date and the recipient was home on delivery and quite pleased with the flowers. Running the shop alone whilst others are on furlough can be a little bit difficult at times. Many thanks for you order. Ali
