DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered a dress 8 1/2 weeks ago and placed a deposit of £50, at their request. At no point was I asked to pay any more than this - although I would have paid more of a deposit, if I had been asked to. I was told I would have the dress within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, I hadn't heard anything so rang the shop to check on things, and was fobbed off with an excuse. This pattern continued for weeks. I rang again last week and was told the dress would definitely be in the shop this week. Again, no contact from them. I rang them today and was told they wanted more money from me to order the dress ?!! I don't think so! Buyers beware. Trading standards are involved. I would not have put any stars, but sadly I had to put 1 as I could not post without it.
