As a customer of Likeable Cars & Minibus (LCM), I had a fantastic experience using their services! Steve was extremely helpful in arranging our airport transportation and ensured that we had the best drivers to take care of our needs. Sue, our first driver, was a delight to ride with - kind and friendly, she made our journey comfortable and enjoyable. Mark, our second driver, was equally wonderful and made us feel at ease throughout the ride. We were impressed with how punctual both drivers were, and the reasonable booking price was an added bonus. Overall, we had a great experience with LCM and we will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you to the entire team at LCM for providing such a reliable and enjoyable service!

Booked a 10 person collection from Gatwick. Driver turned up in a 8 seater transit.
Called his boss Steve and we were told there was nothing he can do currently. We offered to pay for an Uber home and ask if they can reimburse us, we were told no, they’re making too much of a loss. Only option was to drop 8 people and return for remaining two persons. (55 min drive each way @ 1am)
Reluctantly Steve offered to contribute towards our Uber, only told us the exact amount once we had left Gatwick so he can see how much he got charged for the parking. Our Uber was £120 and Steve only contributed £60. The Gatwick parking cost him £25 and he claimed we held his driver hostage. Absolutely criminally ridiculous. Driver spoke to Steve for 5 minutes and we were waiting for a call back for a further 5 minutes. None of this is our doing.
Certainly will not be recommending this company to anyone. Not very likeable whatsoever. Steve has zero customer service, very intimidating on the phone.
