A life coach is someone who can guide, support and teach you how to become the best version of you by helping you to understand why you think the way you do, challenge your belief systems and look at how these are directly connected to the way you interact with the world and others around you, and how you live your life.

Aloma’s life coaching has changed my life for the absolute better.
Every week, Aloma and I discussed how the mind truly works and how we are able to recognise thought patterns based off past experiences and emotional responses. In the early sessions, we discussed stress and anxiety. Aloma assured me that is important to recognise how we think, but it also important to understand how our choice of words such as ‘i am stressed’ has a large impact on our feelings. Demonstrations like this were incredibly useful as they allowed me to recognise the choice I had over my own thoughts.
A large part of my sessions was to help me recognise that I cannot control how others think or behave and coming to terms with this. Aloma helped me by letting me see from other’s perspectives and using skills like empathy to see how other people’s minds work too.
Overall, i will always use Aloma’s counselling as it is undoubtedly the best form of guidance that can positively shape the mind.

I am incredibly grateful to Aloma for her life coaching skills. She has helped me to become a more positive person by teaching me the power of gratitude and helping me to change my mindset to more positive thoughts. This has really helped me become a less anxious person and I feel better equipped to manage future stressful events, as they may crop up. Aloma has made such a difference to my life. I feel so much more content and present day to day, able to recognise all the things I have to be grateful for - even when not everything is going to plan! I have a lot to thank Aloma for the positive change in my mindset over the last year. She is knowledgeable, very down to earth and very easy to spend time with. She has taught me techniques in our weekly gratitude meet ups on how to maintain calmness and happiness throughout my day to day life which has extremely benefited my mental and emotional wellbeing. I feel healthier, happier and more productive. These small changes have even improved my personal relationships with others, but most importantly has blossomed the one with myself! I feel incredibly grateful for the support and guidance from Aloma. Aloma has helped me learn so much about myself. I now recognise the pitfalls and can stop negativity from spiralling. The lessons I've learned have been life changing. It is so liberating to feel so much happier, content and in control of how I choose to think, feel and be. My family and friends have noticed how much happier I am. Aloma is a very skilled facilitator and made me feel at ease with her calm, non-judgmental and caring approach.
