May I thank the lady I spoke to on reception this morning for her understanding of our smoke problem. May I also thank Tracy for her telephone call, and for the prompt action that she took. I also must thank the environmental officer who came out to deal with the problem and faced a very disagreeable offender. What a superb service, you are a credit to Lichfield district council.
